We do our best to process and ship your WYT° product at lightning speed. Please allow 24h for your order to be processed. If you have placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, w'll start processing your order on the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking code as soon as your order has been shipped.

Following an indication about when you can expect your WYT° product:

Switzerland: 2 - 4 business days

Outside of Switzerland: We currently don't ship outside of Switzerland since customs and shipping costs are unreasonably high. If you really wish to purchase a product outside of Switzerland, let us know and we will find a solution.
