Return policy
We want you to love your WYT° product as much we do! If you are not entirely happy with your order, please get in touch with us so we can make it right. We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
How to return a product
To return an item, please get in touch with us first via hi@shopwyt.com before sending back items. The returns adress is:

Your item will be refunded only under the following conditions: items need to be in perfect condition, unworn and in its original packaging to ensure it is reusable.
Return Costs.
The items return at the expense and risk of the customer. No refunds or exchanges will be made for items returned without prior communication and agreement. The costs for the return shipment must be carried by the customer.
For orders that are returned to us from outside the EU kindly note:
Any duties / costs related to the return have to be born by you and will be deducted from the refund. Please inform yourself about how to declare the goods in order to avoid any extra costs before shipping your return.
Closing The Loop° - Process
If you want to return your shirt, please contact us at hi@shopwyt.com before placing an order and let us know which one of your previously purchased T-shirts you would like to exchange. We will then create a discount on your new order.
Once you receive your new T-shirt, re-use the shipping bag for your old T-shirt that you selected to exchangee, stick on the included shipping label, and send it back to us via your local courier.
Please note that due to recycling requirements we do not accept clothing items that are not originally sold to you by WYT°
Are you unsure if an item you own was released, or produced by WYT°, don’t hesitate to contact us and reach out. However, If you initiate an exchange and claim a 25% discount on your next purchase, but fail to return your old WYT producrt, we will send you an email reminder for you to complete the exchange. If after 30 days of receiving your new, discounted purchase, you still have not returned your old WYT item, we will add one ‘flag’ to your account. If you reach 3 flags, your account will be blocked - because this would be an abuse of our circular economy system.

Additionally, if you are exchanging from outside of Switzerland. Please contact us via email so we can assist you with the process.
Exchange and Refunds
We are happy to offer an exchange or refund when the product is defect, we will offer exchange for unworn items returned in their original condition and packaging, with the return form fully filled in. Please be aware that all responsible return costs are applicable by the customer. Refunds and exchanges will only be given on items returned within 14 days of receipt of the order. Items that are returned as faulty and are showing signs of damage (other than manufacturing issues) will not be accepted. This includes accidental, malicious or wearer related damages. As soon as we have received and approved your return, your funds will be returned approximately within 7 to 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
In the event that you haven't received a refund yet, please get in touch via e-mail hi@shopwyt.com. It could be helpful to first contact your bank or payment provider.
Standard Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the exact same payment method (and person) that was used in the original purchase (except if a gift card was used, in which case you will be refunded with a credit onto a new gift card). Shiping charages and sales tax on shiping are not refundable.
